FlexiRoam eSIM & Data Plans

Switched from SIM card to eSIM on new phone. The support in the app via messages was excellent and quick.

It used to be an affordable option when there were 80% off promotions. But those are long gone. Also, connection is sometimes unreliable, where even though eSIM is connected to a network, I would have data for a few minutes and then not any more. I am switching to an alternative which is half the price and feedback about connection is better. Customer service through WhatsApp is very good though. Very helpful and fast.

Works fine in Europe. Forget about Central Asia. Sometimes will get 5G and no internet connection. I chose it just because the global plan included Russia and months later it was excluded but still sold separately. Will not renew it.

Used t work with glitches here and there. Now most of the times you get the “Oops, we’re having trouble connecting to FlexiRoam”, even when connected through their own data. With suitable alternatives that work better, I don’t see this app in my phone much longer.

Since last update (Sep 24), it is impossible to reset password. Problem solved by technical support.

Después de la última actualización de la app, desaparecieron los datos que me quedaban de remanente y el siguiente plan global tampoco figura en mi cuenta. He contactado con ustedes vía su app y WhatsApp y de momento solo me han dicho que espere 24 horas sin más explicaciones. PD.: Justo después de publicar este mensaje, recibí una explicación y confirmación de todo correctamente. Así que corrijo, pido disculpas y doy las gracias.

Great connection everywhere and very efficient/fast Customer Service. The operator JOH helped me out switching from phisical sim to esim in less than two minutes. Thankful for that.

Hace más de un año que uso FlexiRoam. Me parece muy útil para los viajes. Tienen planes de datos que abarcan prácticamente todo el mundo, lo cual es fantástico si uno se mueve mucho por trabajo, ya que no tienes que estar pendiente de buscar nuevas empresas de teléfono y comprar su sim, etc. Cada vez que he tenido un problema de conexión o de instalación, el servicio técnico se ha hecho cargo, solucionando en minutos la incidencia (vía whatsapp). Lo recomiendo al 100%.
