FlexiRoam eSIM & Data Plans

Ordered the SIM card and waited for 1 week to receive it. I tried to activate the SIM card but not OK, then I contacted the staff via chat. The chat needed to wait for the reply as no staff was online, waited for another few hours. Activated my SIM card after 3 days, but no data plan can be selected, asked the staff via chat, still waiting for their reply. To conclude, if you are in a hurry, this card is no use. I don’t consider the plan is the cheapest and most importantly the staff is not here to help. Waste of time and energy. Bye!

It took me a while to get the plan set up, there was confusion between physical and e-sim but their reply time on WhatsApp was very quick and they solved the issue remotely for me.

I have accidentally removed my e-sim which need to be reinstall. The online help was easy and quick

I used to like this Flexiroam as I am a frequent traveller around the world. Good deal and no hassle. After covid 19 period, the sim since never ever work again, despite the CS has been trying to help and check resolve the issue, the roaming data were just not connected either in Paris or Tokyo both times has signal, then disappeared and become no signal…couldn’t use again and unable to find a solution so far. Would that be the chip outdated after few years? Appreciate if anyone can know change a new sim from Flexiroam will be working or not!? Or else I can only choose other provider.

I had been using their service for more than one year. And it doesn’t always work. It used to take me a few hours to connect to the local network when traveling. I did all the setting right. And their customer service is not helpful enough to solve the issues. And I used to use the flexiroam and found that I was charged more than my partner. Flexiroam replied me that was because I didn’t update the app so I got a previous rate. If the update is essential for a updated price rate, they should remind the user to update the app when we open the app!

Why I can’t see the apple Pay support
