I don't understand why I paid 52€ for a ticket worth 36€ ! No queue skipping as promised. I think you are thieves and frauds. That's all!

Was forced to download it only to get a ticket that was not really a ticket but only a voucher. App itself is useless

Very bad experience with this company- promised guide and skip queue but reality was different. - we had. To go to the queue with the standard tickets even we paid twice for guide. Guide did not come - after several calls we were able to download audio guide but with very poor and short guidance. Do not recommend this company. Juste spending your money for nothing more.

I booked with this company and in the app it was confirmed. We went to the meeting point and they told us they had no idea we have tickets. I had to call the company to find out what is happening. Their local guide has cancelled and I was not informed. The info wasnt in the app. I got a refund for the price. We went on this trip specifically for this tour and didnt go. Avoid at any cost.

I used this service to book a day at the San Diego zoo. I had made a mistake and booked the safari park. Totally my fault. I have no problem paying for processing fee or something along those lines. Because it was the same day I was unable to cancel or exchange. I literally called an hour after it was booked and the rep said there was nothing they can do. I understand it was my mistake, but it would be nice if there were more options than just “that’s our policy”.

Don’t buy from them. They work with third party to buy tickets and a lot of times those are scammers and Headout won’t give you the money back. We spend money traveling to Singapore, and paid for 4 attractions through Headout ( over $500) all scams and Headout did t do anything about it. The worse!

In the US, the weeks start on a Sunday. In the Headouts mobile app, the week starts on a Monday. So, I selected the wrong date! They refused to give me my money back, adding insult to injury because all we wanted to do was go to the zoo and literally could not go because we could not afford to buy a second set of tickets. The calendar is literally wrong. Customer service was useless.

They have an awesome customer service! It was easy to buy, great tours. I will definitely buy with them again and again !

I downloaded this app to make my travel in Europe easier when buying tickets for events and it did the complete opposite. I bought tickets but they never showed up on my app afterwards. I had to contact customer service and they had no idea what went wrong. They promised to email me back within 48 hours and nothing. I actually had to REBUY the tickets in person. Then I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges the app did. I had to do all this while on vacation. If you like wasting your time download this app please.
