I think our guides make was Raphael, he was very knowledgeable and gave us a very detailed explanation of Krakows history as we were driving through Krakow towards Auschwitz. Showing us all the landmark buildings and their history along the way. Very easy to understand and communicated very well, and very passionate about education us all on Polish history. Very happy with this service and would recommend using them to book tours through.”

Terrible service, rip off
Tickets to attraction did not include entrance. We had no notice of that and missed our tour. Fifty Euro lit on fire. Do not use this company.
Not reliable
I purchased and received confirmation for tickets to the Louvre. Several weeks later i received a message that said the tickets were not available and the time slots they offered were one week later — after our trip. I won’t trust or do business with them in the future.
Fake spam reviews!
It seems like this company wants to bury the bad reviews that span over multiple years by blowing up their reviews with fake 5 star reviews. They all read like a bot wrote them. What a joke. Had wanted to use the app, but never mind. Shady.
