I booked boat tour, spent 20 euro to get to the meeting point and nobody showed up!! Phone number was not answering. I spend 3 hours and 40€ just to stay at Punta Sabbioni instead of exploring Murano and Burano! Support team did nothing! Looks i will not even receive my money back. Worst experience ever!

Scam

I’ve bought a ticket, and instead of sending it to me, I’ve got a link to install the app. After installing, I still could not use my ticket until I registered. But even after I got a voucher, I was forced to change to an actual ticket in the ticket office. And here I find out that I’ve paid 30% extra price. I’m angry and frustrated. I deleted the app immediately

Not providing service company. Ignoring force major event, charge for nothing .

Good afternoon. My name is Yana, your company paid the amount of the ticket purchase via the Internet with my card. Money was withdrawn from my personal bank card in the amount of 279.00 Euro. I sent documents to the police and I am collecting documents to file a request with Interpol. Please return the money to my card in the amount of 279.00 Euro. I have never used your company's services and had nothing to do with purchases through your website

I’ve used the app to “explore” Paris, and here’s what I have to say: 1. Total scam regarding prices - you can purchase the ticket via official website of the museum, and, please don’t buy audio guides from them, it’s cheaper and more convenient to buy one at the museum 2. You have to download another app to access the audio guide you’ve payed for, the app itself is only available in 2 languages 3. I’ve got my ticket mixed up with someone else’s in the app, and had to go through 7 circles of hell to get the right one connected and had to call some “partner’s” representatives to get access to the audio guide The customer support was highly ineffective with no actual intention to help. Spent 40 minutes at the entrance of the museum just to get some decent help.

Thief! Don’t recommend an app. We have bought tickets for Knossos palace, it was written it’s valid for 3 days but when the tickets arrived on email it was written we can only enter at 8 am and after that the ticket wasn’t available. So we had to buy a new ticket at the palace, while the service neither give a normal feedback nor give the refund. 0/10 user experience

If you want to buy something here with no problem - it’s just impossible. They rely on the local partners and this partners are always terrible. I booked 2 trips and 2 of them was canceled just before the booking day at night. Specially when you do not have any other chance to book something. Twice it was “extremely rare” case, and they were “so sorry”, refund everything but this is not a solution in case of vacation disaster. They have another time on this day or another ticket types but they do not want to find a solution. “We are so sorry” works much better cause you do not need to do anything. So I am not recommended this company for your vacations, even when it has so comfortable and beautiful app.

This is the worst service we’ve ever had. We bought tickets via service Headout to the Louvre in Paris but couldn’t use it . In the Louvre we were told they don’t get the money and the tickets are invalid. We had to buy another tickets directly in the Louvre. So we can’t advice the service

I bought combo tickets for Louvre and Disneyland. In app on the link at Disneyland land there was a ticket to Louvre! I have spend one hour at service support in Disneyland to solve this problem. No answer from Headout team!
