Bought tickets for the Royal Palace in Madrid. You are supposed to redeem your tickets at the Palace where they have never heard of them. The app does not work. Money lost.
O bought 2 round about tickets from the airport to Barcelona, only received the tickets to go to barcelona. When i tried to come Back i didnt get the tickets they never sent the tickets. I had to buy 2 more tickets to come Back
It’s a tourist trap and they not refund the payments.
I bought a ticket for a few museums, and one day before they just sent us an email saying that the tickets we chose were not available because the provider sold out the last ticket. If you provide a service, you should be aware of this kind of situations and book tickets for yourself so you can sell later to your users. Since the price is more expensive than in the venue, this should be the right move instead of tricking users into buying things that are not available. And if the unlikely happens, you should sort it out with the museum and not only refund the user.
I used this service to book a day at the San Diego zoo. I had made a mistake and booked the safari park. Totally my fault. I have no problem paying for processing fee or something along those lines. Because it was the same day I was unable to cancel or exchange. I literally called an hour after it was booked and the rep said there was nothing they can do. I understand it was my mistake, but it would be nice if there were more options than just “that’s our policy”.
