Headout: experiencias de viaje

One of the worst experience i’ve had, i miss my tour because of a taxi restriction in the area so i have to walk all the park guell mountain, when i arrive they (partners of headout-global) dont give me any chance to change the time of my guided tour or let me change the tickets for a regular ticket and i hace to pay again. Make sure you dont buy with this scammers.

Dejo una estrella porque no puedo dejar menos. Increíble como por un error de su sistema, tuve que pagar yo, ya que cambiaron la fecha de uno de mis tours (claramente cuando ya no me servía) y me echaron la culpa y ni siquiera son capaces de cambiar la fecha o al menos ayudarnos (menos de devolver el dinero). Pesimo el servicio de soporte entregado.

I used this service to book a day at the San Diego zoo. I had made a mistake and booked the safari park. Totally my fault. I have no problem paying for processing fee or something along those lines. Because it was the same day I was unable to cancel or exchange. I literally called an hour after it was booked and the rep said there was nothing they can do. I understand it was my mistake, but it would be nice if there were more options than just “that’s our policy”.

Don’t buy from them. They work with third party to buy tickets and a lot of times those are scammers and Headout won’t give you the money back. We spend money traveling to Singapore, and paid for 4 attractions through Headout ( over $500) all scams and Headout did t do anything about it. The worse!

In the US, the weeks start on a Sunday. In the Headouts mobile app, the week starts on a Monday. So, I selected the wrong date! They refused to give me my money back, adding insult to injury because all we wanted to do was go to the zoo and literally could not go because we could not afford to buy a second set of tickets. The calendar is literally wrong. Customer service was useless.

They have an awesome customer service! It was easy to buy, great tours. I will definitely buy with them again and again !

I downloaded this app to make my travel in Europe easier when buying tickets for events and it did the complete opposite. I bought tickets but they never showed up on my app afterwards. I had to contact customer service and they had no idea what went wrong. They promised to email me back within 48 hours and nothing. I actually had to REBUY the tickets in person. Then I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges the app did. I had to do all this while on vacation. If you like wasting your time download this app please.

I used Headout to book tickets to an attraction. My tickets through the app showed an attraction open/close time that weren’t correct and therefore I missed my opportunity to use my tickets. Upon contacting customer service, I got the run around for two weeks before I got a response. Their response was that they can’t offer a refund which is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be using Headout again and I’d urge others to reconsider.

I downloaded this app on the 10/18/24 and never opened it, on 10/21/24 my card was charged $86.40 and I’ve yet to use this app…needless to say it won’t happen again!

Received my tickets and code for audio that I purchased for Acropolis tour. Audio code provided did not work. Contacted for help, was told they would reply in 24 hours. It’s been 3 days with no response. Tried to use chat feature for immediate help, this did not connect me to anyone. Had to do the tour with no audio guide as we had a set time and couldn’t change. Would not use again. Edit: It’s now been over a month and I finally got someone to reach out. They want to resolve the issue. Are you going to fly me back to Greece for another tour? Too little and FAR too late to respond.
