Very nice place great place to relax best service ever also a little far out from the main area
The application does support with the hotels when needed
The virtual agent is very fast and took care of cancelation due to emergency very quickly.

Chambres ridiculement petites. Les salles de bains sont de taille raisonnable. L'ascenseur peut accueillir une personne et une petite valise ou deux personnes minces...très bon emplacement, dans un super quartier.
Hotels.com are not to be trusted
I cannot recommend Hotels.com, on numerous times they didn't stand by their word, many times with the price guarantee in which they come up with various excuses not to pay back the difference, from it is not the same currency to the hotel official website not being a valid source. Also I had 4 reward nights with a total of 900$ which they converted to onekeycash, but now I cannot use them, and they fail to help with it. Do your self a favor and book your next trip someplace else!
