Now doesn’t work
I have tried to use the app but now it doesn’t work - does allow me to change the date on the selected hotel. Sometimes doesn’t allow to filter by hotel name. If nothing improves I will give up and use another booking company

Can’t choose the date of staying, and the bot chat not help at all.
App bugging most of time
Hotels.com app is bugged most of the time. I only use it for their loyalty program. Agoda app is much better

Stupid account setting and customer help.

Obviously it’s AI chat, it doesn’t seem to understand my questions and think that I am an AI I just give up in the end.
Issues
My language selected is English but my selections keep popping up in a different language. My currency selected is THB, but the values are in NZB. It’s getting very difficult to use this site.
Got charged twice
The site charged a two night booking twice and does not offer any contact way to solve the case. I hardly does not recommend Hotels.com.
