Votre site est très compliqué à contacter
Je reçois toute la correspondance en néerlandophone depuis un bon moment. Quand je fais une réservation, j’ai la confirmation en néerlandais. Or, sur mon compte tout est bien stipulé pour recevoir en français même quand vous me demandez un avis sur l’hôtel où j’ai logé, vous le faites en néerlandais, je suis francophone, est-ce que vous le comprenez ce mot francophone!!!!!!! La Belgique n’est pas qu’un pays néerlandophone, il est aussi français Je vous ai envoyé plusieurs mails sans réponse. Je passe donc par ici, en espérant qu’il y aura une réaction de votre part.
Très belle nuit en plein centre de Gent
Nous avons passé une nuit agréable à l'hôtel B&B Centrum Gent. La chambre très spacieuse, a accueilli quatre personnes confortablement. La propreté était irréprochable, avec une grande salle de bain et une literie très confortable. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner.

What have you done!
Hotels.com app I could always rely on, but since an earlier update it just doesn’t work. What have you done? Will you ever fix it?
Rest of Europe does not work
Rest of Europe gives sever not found error. Other European countries continue to show local langue’s even if I select English as the language of choice in settings. This is making hotels.com not at all easy to use.
There are better options
Customer service is poor and so is this app compared to Booking.com for example. Deleted my accounts and app today and will make my bookings somewhere else from now on.
