The newly redesigned app is dosaster. Its not anymore easy to use app. Its better to go to webpage now instead to app. This will most probably take me to Booking.com. Also missing the availability to out booking into wallet like in past.

Funktioniert nicht immer.

The reward program is absolutely not motivating. I booked hotels stay to reach a reward for stamps this year and just found out they dissapeared. So if i dont achieve 10nights in 12 months its gone. If i would know that would never booked. So that my last bookings. Gone.

Worst app for hotel booking
Some data is not replicated from the online system to the mobile app
Worth than old app
This app is wors than the old one. Many times it doesn’t open even though I have bookings done through the app and bookings is not pissinle to add into the app wallet as it was before. Furthermoremy country and currency dissapeared from the app. This is not a problem of my phone which I just changed. Had same issues on the old one.
Avoid this platform! It’s terrible
As a frequent business traveler I wanted to switch from booking competition but it was a huge mistake. Never seen worse written app which has so many bugs, underpaid and totally incompetent support somewhere from S. Asia. Portfolio in listing is a fraction and also missing availability what competitors actually have and offers. Guess why. They give to accommodations only 70-80% what you pay. BTW once a time they pay to delete honest reviews. So I am saving this and once a time I repost it.

Not Good after changes :-/
Became useless
Newly not possible to have my company address on hotel invoice. Therefore hotels.com is not useable for business travel anymore
