I’ve contacted the bot on the phone that tells me to enter my # booking number which I’ve already entered. Then I chatted with another bot that once again tells me that my booking doesn’t exist and it’s not showing on my upcoming trips. So my 500 plus euro has evaporated without being able to talk or rationally talk to a human.
I’ve been with Hotels. Com for years and to think this is how my loyalty is supposedly supported. You can have it.
Messages?
Can’t delete messages from app,they remain as unread,with a constant notification on my phone that I have unread messages.RUBBISH

Beautiful
Gorgeous accommodation with lovely breakfast (loved the vintage Delph)!, along with 2 lovely friendly and helpful hosts . Views are beautiful , restful nights sleep. Will definitely be back
Great guesthouse, breakfast was top class.
This is an old building with original features, and period architecture, old fashioned keys and creaky staircase. But this just adds to the charm. The breakfast was better than in many hotels, prepared fresh and presented beautifully. I had the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, and there was plenty of fresh toast and brown bread. Lovely staff, clean and comfortable room, and free parking.
App never works always goes blank and crashes
Good deals on this app and savings to be made but the application itself is a bloody disaster!! Please get your software engineers to fix these issues!! I’ve had to delete and reinstall about 100 times in the last few months
No longer my hotel app of choice
The app is taking ages to load. Prices aren’t great. Lately it was showing a message in inbox telling me I had a booking, turns out its last years booking, but I can’t delete or clear the the message, so I’ve deleted the app. No great value to be found here anymore, used to be my favourite “go-to” app for holiday stays, but no longer an attractive option.
App freezes, glitching all the time
The app is having trouble recently . Freezing, looking up diff city hotels to the requested one which is v strange. It was my app of choice but have been forced to try others as giving so much trouble. I have tried updating app but no luck. Good communication. They were updating app so explained problems.

Great Hotel in a Great location
We had another wonderful stay in the Carlton. Friendly staff, efficient and very clean service, great location and quite in the evenings. We’ll be back next year!
Good app (ongtime gold member) but seems slow
I’m a member for many years and am very happy with hotels.com and the rewards offered (1 night free for every 10 booked).
Just one issue for me, on iOS 17.5.1 and build 2024.27 361 of the app, is that it is pretty slow in general
