I cannot add my reservation on this app and it does not give you the contact info to customer support just the absolute worst and most useless chatbot ever.

Hotels.com is super easy to navigate and takes seconds to make a booking. Their loyalty program is superb and I have accumulated over $1,600 in free nights. Wouldn’t use anyone else for hotel reservations.
