Terrible site, used it to.reserve a room and my flight was cancelled the morning I was to leave and.got a hold of Hotels.com and I was on the hook for $160. I contacted them as soon I could but was no use. Better to book directly with hotel. This site sticks. Don't us it.
No one to contact
I can’t find my booking for an upcoming trip. The virtual assistant can’t help. There’s no contact information. I’ve paid in advance for everything.
Forcing good review
I had a bad stay but they don't want to submit my review! Unbelievable. I highly suggest to check google reviews over the reviews on this app
Incorrect reservation
Booked a king room. Got a twin. Staff said it was hotels.com fault.
Terrible
I accidentally canceled my room. The room was booked for a month. Over $6000.00 spent. I contacted Hotels.com immediately after realizing my error. They just blew me off and said to bad. The hotel is willing to give me my room back but Hotel.com says sorry that’s our policy.

Best stay
We had luxury room number 2. The room was elegant and the hotel was very understandable to extending our stay a few hours dude to having our puppy and my procedure at the picton hospital being longer than anticipated thank you.
