Is annoying to look on all the properties sold out. A lot of time waist for nothing.
Hotel Indigo Katong
Hotel Indigo Katong is conveniently located midway from Airport to downtown. Area is well developed with many convenience stores within walking distance. Hotel is very clean, connected to a Starbucks as well as a restaurant with a garden terrace. Rooms are generous, fully stocked with amenities. Gym and pool available Extremely friendly staff. Definitely an option to consider for business travelers.
Update ruined the app
After update seeing rezervations got really dificult, for some reasons some just desepire and u uave to be online to find them via chat. Really anoing to the point i stop booking. Kmagin your self at the border trying to prove u have a rezervation that is not in your app …. Also status reset with no explanation
Professional work
Everything went fine, both hotel booking and payment. Nothing to reproach compared to the competition
Great service, app can be improved
This is not a review for Hotels.com, only the app. The map selection works quite bad, it is zooming out and in a non consistent way. Very hard to use in that mode. Filter per location is not working as it should. A few more tweaks and this could be a great app.
Not as good as the previous version
This new version keeps on lacking the level of details ad the previous one. There are numerous times when the future bookings don’t show up at all. Is seems to me that in some regards, the variety of hotels available dropped a lot in comparisson with the competition. Unfortunately Hotels.com is not what it used to be
