When i select any propery from the list, I get an error message that it cannot be displayed. I’m also unable to reach customer service as the only thing the app offers is a chatbot that has no idea about my questions. I’m a gold member since years, and am forced to use the app to redeem my collected nights - which doesn’t work…
Probléma
Az applikáció remekül működött. Kényelmesen tudtam foglalni szállást is és semmi probléma nem volt vele. Viszont amióta hazajöttünk a program folyamatosan azt mutatja, hogy van egy értesítésem. Már minden lehetséges fület végignéztem a programon belül, de sehol nincs olvasatlan üzenet vagy új ajánlat. A programot töröltem, újra felraktam, frissítettem, de sajnos továbbra is mutatja az egy nem olvasott értesítést. Valaki találkozott már hasonló problémával? Mi volt a megoldás? Köszönöm előre is.
Overcharged
I paid the price of a premium package and received the normal package. For a 10 days vacation I was charged 600 euro more than I should have been. When I tried to solve this problem right away after I received the confirmation first it was hard to contact anyone, than I was redirected to the hotel (who could not help me at all) and after two weeks of correspondence I got a “your claim is declined” letter saying that basically it was my fault paying such a high price.
Be careful what you pay for! I do not recommend to use this site!

Why the currency is set automatically to HUF, once I select the country (Hungary)? I lesve in Hungary, but I need the rates in EUR for my teavel authorisations, so I cannot use your site fir my business trips.
The app is not working
I downloaded the app and I wanted to create an account. After I click on it, it says error. Then, I tried to search for Dubai and it says there is no any property. When I search for Dubai on the website, it shows many properties, so there are available ones to book.
I tried to reach the customer service team but the contact page was not working.
Completely negative first impression, so I am gonna use other sites to book.

Sajnos rosszabb lett a felület, mert magyar nyelven csak forintban tünteti fel az árakat. Korábban a magyar nyelvű oldalon is volt lehetőség a szállások árát euróban beállítani. Nem értem, hogy ez az opció miért nem választható többé, hiszen Európa nagy részén úgyis Euróban kell fizetni.
Nem lett jóváírva a 2023 áprilisi foglalásom ill. utazás után járó bélyeg a Hotelscom Reward programban.
Mellőzni fogom ezt a felületet és inkább a Bookingon foglalok!!!!
Hopeless language implementation
I live abroad but don’t speak the local language so I choose English language in the app, however the app writes most text in the local language which I don’t understand.
If I change to my native language I will also be charged payments in my native currency meaning that I will end up paying extra due to the banks earning money on the exchange rate.
This is so ridiculous and why in the world do you insist in using Hungarian language when I have clearly chosen English as language in the settings.
