Expect absolutely zero support if you have a problem.
If you have a problem with a room, they will claim to be unable to find your reservation, even if you are already in the room, of a property with fewer than 20 rooms. Especially if you are unlucky enough to speak to one of their supervisors, whose name is Wilbur, employee id 24674, who will try to make A ROOM WITH A SEWAGE LEAK your responsibility. Horrendous. I’m gonna sleep in my vehicle tonight instead of this awful room. Tomorrow, I’m going to speak to a lawyer.

Easy to use, clear accurate info, good deals
Cancelled booking with no explanation
My booking was cancelled without my directions or wanting it cancelled and it had been booked for more than 2 months. I called the hotel property and the tried to talk to a virtual agent. The virtual agent stopped my ability to type. Said I didn’t have any upcoming booking. I have other purchases associated with my trip and not having the hotel I booked two months ago is terrible and throws the whole trip into chaos!
No. Just no.
The beds were rock hard. Pillows and sheets had blood stains. Cigarette holes in towels. Breakfast was a joke. Granola bars and fruit cups only. The whole place smelled like pot the second day. Day 3 we were just staying because we paid ahead. We had a roach in the bathroom last night. Horrible experience.
