Difficult to get hotel using coupon
Tried several times to apply coupon, initially it accept, but when put bank card details, it’s says you need to adjust something and that went on several times. Something does not function well, easier to do on computer on webpage.

Why you are showing all hotel or apartments which arent available? And also there isnt optinion in app to somehow make settings that not see rooms that not available on speciefied time what i before mentioned. Martins

Expect absolutely zero support if you have a problem.
If you have a problem with a room, they will claim to be unable to find your reservation, even if you are already in the room, of a property with fewer than 20 rooms. Especially if you are unlucky enough to speak to one of their supervisors, whose name is Wilbur, employee id 24674, who will try to make A ROOM WITH A SEWAGE LEAK your responsibility. Horrendous. I’m gonna sleep in my vehicle tonight instead of this awful room. Tomorrow, I’m going to speak to a lawyer.
