The took money from me for seat selection. Then they gave me different seat. When I asked for compensation they said it’s not their problem and they will not refund anything. Worst service in the world!

Disappointing from loyal customer
I’ve used Trip.com for 20+ trips without issue, but this experience was disappointing. I booked a flight and noticed within minutes of the confirmation email that the travel month was incorrect. I contacted support immediately. Despite this, no no-fee correction was offered, citing airline policy, even though the issue was identified right away and was interface-related. The only goodwill provided was THB 500 in Trip Coins, which did not meaningfully offset the change cost. I eventually had to pay to fix the booking. I hope Trip.com reviews how immediate booking errors are handled, especially for long-time users.
