Recent weeks train booking in China is too slow!

Cancelling your booking is very challenging if not impossible, calling doesn't bring anything except costs and they don't reply on emails. So, what can you do? Don't use Cport or you waste your money!

Never book from overseas card. They can cansel you trip just like that and u get money back after 30days if you are lucky! Customer service is bad and this is 3 Rd time! So I never use this company. 20y in china and foreigner is here only second class.. Regards, EX client!

ผิดหวังมากค่ะ ดูรายการก่อนจองก่อนโอนแล้วทุกอย่างปกติ แต่พอโอนเงินเสร็จกลับขึ้นว่าจองไม่สำเร็จ บอกว่าห้องพักหมดแล้วหรือปรับราคาขึ้นไม่สามารถทำการจองสำเร็จ แล้วต้องใช้เวลาหนึ่งถึงสาม วันทำการถึงจะโอนเงินคืนให้เราได้ ช้ามาก พอโทรถามคอลเซ็นเตอร์ก็บอกว่าไม่รู้ค่ะเหมือนเค้าทำงานไม่ประสานงาน เราบอกเลขที่จองไปก็บอกว่าไม่ขึ้นในระบบที่จ่ายเงินไปแล้ว ใครจะใช้ระวังให้ดีนะคะ
