Такси не приехало и возврата денег нет
Мы заказали такси в аэропорт через trip.com из Стамбула на 5 утра. Ждали 15 минут, тк боялись опоздать. Такси не приехал, и мы поехали на Uber. Через 2 недели оплату так и не вернули. Не доверяйте этому приложению!
A guaranteed price fraud every time
The Trip app will guide you through the booking and then.. Voila! The price is no longer valid and a new increased price will be offered. Not once or twice but EVERY time. I refuse to think it’s a coincidence 🤬
Varför kan man inte få en biljett ?
Vad händer om telefonen fungerar inte just den dag man ska resa? Batteriet är slut och laddare har man glömt på hotellet. Så skönt det var på gamla tiden när man kunde ha en RIKTIG BILJETT och man inte behövde oroa sig om telefonen skulle fungera eller ej.

One of these terrible companies that make your life miserable by being impossible, extracting extra fees and sending you through a nightmare of chatbots. Buy from the companies instead. Avoid this!

They says, tickets are sold oud in the last second. Then they give you more expensive price for the same trip again and again !

Great App
I recently travelled to Hong Kong and China. I started off using booking.com and after an awful experience with airport taxi pickup and the hostel I booked for my stay in Hong Kong I had to say goodbye to the app, awful. Trip.com has been very helpful. I’ve made all my hotel reservations, booked my train tickets, tourist attraction tickets and found good restaurants on here. I love it
Unsatisfied
I don’t know if I will say that I regret to booked here or what one thing is for sure that I felt disappointed. I did booked my flight to Prague and also my friend flight from Philippines to Prague and me from Sweden to Prague. I need to add my another last name and it’s hard to contact the costumer representative. I asked bout the bags they said I must contacted my airlines. And I am flying in Friday it’s disgusting the services.
