They have hotels at site, when I booked hotel everything was ok…next day hotel send me direct message that they sold all rooms before 2 months!!! When they refund the whole amount…discrepancy was 5% …contact them…chat AI is ok, couldn’t do anything…agent every professional and polite, quick response…couldn’t help me…need to send all enquires to special team…wait for couple of days!!! Didn’t contact me!!! Next inquiry- very polite, professional agent but answer was … bla bla bla … scam…

Arrogant and not seeking solutions, only extra money.
Stay away from this app
We book a hotel via this app after we arrive hotel inform us that they don’t accept booking from this app even we prepaid, we left on street without any help,now we can’t get our money back instead they offer us digital coins which have less value then we pay for hotel, completely nonsense

Frustrating customer service
My flight was cancelled by the airlines four months ago and I have been calling their customer service for my refund almost twice a week but still they aren’t helping me to refund my money. Some of their representatives just hanging the calls and not responding even shouting on customers. But doing nothing to refund the money. Worst customer service experience ever. They aren’t trustworthy with our hard earned money
