Be careful! The company is brazenly deceiving customers
the flight was delayed for more than 12 hours, which resulted in losses related to connecting flights and lost hotel reservations. The support initially said that they would refund the delayed flight without any problems, but could not help with the other issues. But the next day they started dragging their feet and trying to get out of it, saying that the flight took place as planned and there was no reason for a refund. All questions to the airline. Lies and deception!

AWFUL APP
I’ve been a loyal user of this app for years, but this recent experience during my honeymoon in Indonesia was unacceptable. I booked a hotel on another island through the app as usual. When we arrived, the hotel was nowhere to be found by name or location — not even on Google Maps. After a long search, we discovered the hotel under a different name but with the same photos. However, they had no record of our booking. After waiting in the hotel lobby with all our luggage, customer service finally offered a refund and said we could book another hotel, and they would cover the price difference. We booked a new hotel, but then they told us the price difference was “too much” and offered to cover only a tiny fraction — about 10%. We refused, and ended up getting refunded for the second hotel, but 20% was deducted due to their policy. In the end: • We lost both hotel bookings • We lost the money for ferries and taxis to and from the island • We lost an entire day of our honeymoon dealing with support agents, stress, and uncertainty This app caused us huge inconvenience, financial loss, and emotional stress. There was no proper responsibility taken. I expected better from a platform I had trusted for years. Never again.
