In chat your workers did not helped me. Apple.com/Bill took my money 37 times on 4 November. And 30 October 4 times. Total 41 times same transactions !!!! And you did not helped me to refund my money. Soo shame on you APPLE

I signed up for 2 subscriptions for the same product from different devices for a year, they refused to return the money, the next day, they still didn’t tell me the reason, they just wrote this “Final Solution” and removed this subscription from my list of purchases, in a word, scammers.

4 stars because Intuitively it is not clear how to make a call or send a message because not all the issues contains the right buttons. Concerning the support — it’s great, I’ve never met the better service!
