Once again my review deleted by Apple… Contacted “Apple Support” several times to report clear fraudulent cheating by “Miniclip 8 Ball Pool” a game Apple promotes as “Editors Choice”. My complaints instantly met with Deaf ear and Blind eye, case “Closed” after every single calls made to Apple Support. An Apple Support “Senior Advisor” even went as far as shaming my complaints stating if game was fraudulent why did I still play it ? It is shameful Apple seems to be complicit in promoting this deceitful and fraudulent game. With the App Store flooded with fake reviews, how convenient to muddy the waters and manipulate complaints. Miniclip 8 Ball Pool is fraudulently scamming Apple users with clear intended cheats to push purchase of $$$ packages. That is deceitful and monetary fraud.

Apple used to be top tier customer and tech support. Now… both have become incredibly unprofessional and even immature. I’ve now spoken to 25+ support techs and senior advisors. I’ve had to repeat myself 6-8x because they are too lazy to read the notes. They submit my iPhone issue to the engineers and I have to wait 2 days for them to get back to the senior advisors. The engineers ask questions about answers I’ve already given to at least 4 different senior advisors. Then I wait 2 days and the engineers ask questions I’ve already given again. It’s now been almost 20 days and I have to return my iphone because of all the glitches. I highly recent buying the iphone 16. Way too many problems and engineers want to point the finger at third parties even though every other iPhone I have works with the 3rd party system. Absolute junk! Both the iPhone 16 and the customer support.
The advisor need to be given training re how to provide instructions/help

I’d give A 10. I received A quick response to my text and within 30 minutes A Call from A Tech who had me up and going within A few minutes. The best experience I’ve had from anywhere in A long time. Thank you!!!
