This app is extremely helpful It connects me with real time people, and It’s easy to find my local service centre to get my phone fixed when needed. This app is easy to use and very quick I can schedule call back appointment’s or call them by the app. However I would like to see this app updated with new features.

Glad I downloaded this app. Had an issue with MacBook Air 2020 time/date not updating automatically. Helpdesk was very helpful and resolved the issue straight away.

Hi everyone, I know that sometimes Apple Support may not be reliable. But it’s really the opposite! All the staff are so welcoming and kind to whoever they talk to, they give all the support they need. One of the staff even left me a voicemail saying if we could reconnect because our call got cut off. Normally staff never call back, but today is the best call of my life from Apple. It just gave me so much joy getting a message asking if I needed more support. I really advise that you use Apple support when you need it! Thank you so much for all the help and support!
Another push away
This app is trying to push you as far away from support. It’s like a maze trying to actually get help and the barriers they put in place are cleverly designed to make you want to give up. It’s a scam app.
Speaker fault
Due to software problem my normal speaker stop working and using loud speaker for answering the phone. Coming same problems in other iphone 12 software
