So baaad, thief in technology way
I ordered shoes and t-shirt in the application written free delivery because my order was plus 78$, after 10 days I received a call from driver asking me around 25$ to deliver my shipment , so I told him there’s no delivery fee in app , I don’t have to pay anything, he just hung up, still until now my shipment is missing and they didn’t return my money . I don’t recommend this app .
Still no progress on my refund
Hello , i added some clothes to my cart and i paid but when i cancelled my order and asked for a refund exactly after few minutes of paying , i never received my money + didnt know what to do any help please , thank you

Durgesh ended chat when I asked if he could escalate about Skynet collecting 20GBP upon delivery to Qatar. 5£ being custom fees (which is fine) but 15£ in broker fees and handling fees?

They missed to send me one items from my order and they complicated the things and they didn’t refund me
