What is intermittent fasting?
Intermittent fasting is one of the most popular health and fitness trends. Instead of a diet, it's an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. It doesn't specify which foods you should eat or avoid, but when you should eat.

5+2 Weekly Plan : During the week, eat normally for 5 days, and choose another 2 days for a little control.Women take 500Kcal and men take 600Kcal on fasting days. You can choose to take it all at once, but a better choice is to divide 600Kcal into two meals, 250Kcal for breakfast and 350Kcal for dinner. The food should preferably be some food with high protein content but low glycemic index (GI). It is not recommended to completely eliminate carbohydrates. When eating, chew slowly and savor well. The fasting days need to be separated, such as Monday and Thursday. This light fasting plan is healthy, effective and easy to implement, allowing you to lose weight easily while enjoying the other benefits of fasting. It can be performed long-term, gradually turning it into a healthy lifestyle.
16-8 is the most popular fasting plan for weight loss. With 16 hours fasting period, your body will gradually get used to fasting.

I just wanted a fasting app with a timer to track my fasts. This app, you need to give it your entire life biography, and then there’s a pop up for monthly plans to pay for. I didn’t even use the app - uninstalled it when it’s already asking me for money when I haven’t even used the app yet.

i love this app but for the live widget why cant it be for the plants instead? we already have a widget to tell us how long we have been fasting for, and we dont get a notification when our plant is done either…

I’m begging you please add larger widgets please please please please I think this is my sixth time. Emailing you guys about this because I’ve been using this app for a couple of months and I just keep seeing update after update and no new widget is being added, please I’m begging on my knees.

I believe I already left a review but that was early on in my usage of the app. I’m back with some praises, a question and suggestion! The designs are great, the light theme is my favorite. I feel motivated from using this app and it’s helped me lose about 7-10 pounds this month. However, there are some little things that annoy me unfortunately! I appreciate entering my own sport but it gets exhausting - can the app be able to sync with my Apple Watch/health app? And/or allow us to override the apps default “burned” calculation so I can input my actual burn. And when it comes to entering the amount of time I slept, it would be easier to be able to input hours instead of minutes! Calorie/food tracker - I’d like to be able to have an overview of my daily calorie goal, what I’ve burned, and how many calories I have to use or gone over from eating. I believe this would be easy to implement because the record feature already adds up your daily calories per meal logged. This could easily be translated into 3 categories that I explained above with a goal, expenditure, and consumption - I’d love to see it on the homepage above or below the little plant growth <3 Otherwise, the app is amazing! Thanks so much!

Overall it’s a nice app but there are not enough achievements to keep me motivated and i wanted to clear the data and start over and the delete button doesn’t work. This is the second time Ive rated this and took it from three stars to two because nothing has been done to improve it.
