What is intermittent fasting?
Intermittent fasting is one of the most popular health and fitness trends. Instead of a diet, it's an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. It doesn't specify which foods you should eat or avoid, but when you should eat.

Create your own fasting plan 13-11, 15-9, 16-10, 16-8, 18-6, 20-4, 23-1, 24, 36, 48, Custom
5+2 Weekly Plan : During the week, eat normally for 5 days, and choose another 2 days for a little control.Women take 500Kcal and men take 600Kcal on fasting days. You can choose to take it all at once, but a better choice is to divide 600Kcal into two meals, 250Kcal for breakfast and 350Kcal for dinner. The food should preferably be some food with high protein content but low glycemic index (GI). It is not recommended to completely eliminate carbohydrates. When eating, chew slowly and savor well. The fasting days need to be separated, such as Monday and Thursday. This light fasting plan is healthy, effective and easy to implement, allowing you to lose weight easily while enjoying the other benefits of fasting. It can be performed long-term, gradually turning it into a healthy lifestyle.
16-8 is the most popular fasting plan for weight loss. With 16 hours fasting period, your body will gradually get used to fasting.

I like the app the only thing I don’t like are the meal plans. Most of the meal plans I don’t like anything there. They are too complicated and fussy for my liking as well. I would not eat anything if I had to follow those. They are definitely not my taste at all. I don’t use all the app mainly because I work with a trainer as well. What I do use though I do like. The main problem I have is that I forget to stop fasting to start feeding. Last night for example. I started fasting at 8.30pm but I forgot to start the fasting in the app because I’m so busy. So although I always do my fasting this app isn’t always correct. Having change automatically would be ideal.

Just started using it, the plant is lovely, and unlike other apps it's not to brutal and stricked so you will want to do more. Its a brilliant app, The water tracker is good but as we drink lots of diffrent units threw out the day, when logging could there just be the choice of unit not just one fixed unit. I know its a bit of an ask can i please have a fruits and veg tracker, because i never eat enough of them and that would be brilliant.

Simple, friendly, and just nice overall.

I have tried so many of these apps and this one is just nice and simple, friendly, sensibly priced and does pretty much everything I need I’m not looking for lots of complicated and expensive extras. Wish I could add some different body measurements but other than that it does exactly what I want in a friendly, simple to use but flexible interface.

ive been struggling to be motivated recently bc of various issues but this app has literally EVERYTHING to motivate me - food logs, progress graphs, recipes, fast timer etc. its so useful !! and im always super excited to go on and log stuff bc the apps so cute. i did pay for the premium version so idk what its like free but the subscription to this is so much cheaper than other diet apps ive seen

This is by far the cutest fasting app out there! It’s been super straightforward and easy to use. The only bug I’ve noticed is the flowers in my garden don’t load and often I lose the progress I’ve made with them- although this is unimportant☺️
