Booking.com is very very unhelpful in assisting their customers. I need to change my hotel booking date and they’re providing no help. Next time I’ll book directly with the hotel because the hotel is cheaper if booked directly and you get better help when you need it. Please don’t use them, you’ll be disappointed!!!

Nothing is solved, they don’t know anything about customer service. Just lying and provide misleading information until I paid a three day fee for nothing.

Have used the app and Booking many times before. I booked a room through the app that was never confirmed with the property. Had to find a new place to stay same night. Tried to contact customer service three times. They have yet to respond. Would not recommend.

I used to use this app for everything. But it’s just too untrustworthy now. 3 trips in a row now there was an error where I lost all of my money. 1. Rented a hotel in Florence Italy, got there, the AC was literally broken. It was as hot as an oven. Hotel said I had to go through booking for a refund. Booking refused. Lost $180. 2. Rented a car in Nashville. Got there. They wouldn’t give me the car because my dual debit/credit card wasn’t seen as a “credit” card. Said they couldn’t refund. Had to go through booking app. Booking refused. Lost $480. 3. Took a risk again, booked a hotel in Cairo Egypt. I did not select two rooms but I didn’t check at checkout and I bought two rooms instead of one. Hotel said there’s nothing they can do. Have to go through booking app. Booking refused a refund. Like 150 euros. It’s just not worth the uncertainty. Gonna be booking with folks directly from now on.

Please don’t stay here. It’s not worth the price for the stay and the smell you have to endure.
