Great way to work out on your terms in a variety of ways!
I just downloaded this app but I’ve noticed that whenever I leave it and come back, the screen freezes and won’t scroll, so I have to restart the app completely if, say, I click on the address to route there.
I originally signed on in a different city while traveling and have been trying to change the location to where I actually live but despite multiple emails I have never gotten a response. Additionally, if you have an illness and need to cancel a class last minute, there’s no way to do so without paying.
I subscribed to a monthly pass by mistake in November. My credit card has been charged for 9 months. I never received a monthly invoice either on the app or via email. When I noticed the problem I contacted their customer service but they were only able to refund me two months. I complained a lot but the customer service representative didn’t do anything more to help me. Truly disappointed by this company.
I'm really turned off by the way ClassPass fluctuates class prices becuase it's set by them and not the actual studios. It's nice to try out different classes, but I'm much better off getting a real membership with a studio price wise.
Highly recommend! The app is a pleasure to use, and the membership options are diverse to suit a variety of needs and budgets. The video and audio workouts are amazing quality and instructors. I’m super impressed. Kudos, ClassPass! Thanks for making studio classes more accessible and inclusive and for offering the in-app workouts!! 5 stars!!
I forgot to cancel my membership and had a total of 86 credits (43 from previous month). I asked to cancel my membership, and I lost all credits. Even the ones that I had already paid for.( mind you I paid $93 for those credits) . It was nice and fun to use but this policy of me losing these credits that I already paid for makes ZERO sense.
Not many class to choose from.
On July 5, 2024 I used the class pass mobile app to purchase an additional 13 points and in a very misleading fashion, without confirmation of receipt of the original charge or confirmation of my intent to purchase another set of 13 points I was charged twice. When I contacted support via their chat feature I suspected I was never speaking with a human throughout the conversation and they only mentioned their policy which suggested that additional point purchases were nob-refundable. I mentioned that I could understand that in the circumstance that I intended to purchase once much less was misled to purchase twice. They also gave me no means of escalation or record of the conversation that they could share with me apart from me taking screenshots from my side when I asked for both.
