Poor app, worse service
My app stopped working when my contract finished. Won’t let me login. I did all updates but it doesn’t work. I tried using the bot support but it can’t help. I asked 40 times to be moved to a human and it didn’t transfer me. I called CS and they couldn’t help. I went to the store and they fixed it temporarily but it broke again a couple weeks later. Depending on who you talk to at Du will give different reasons on the issue. So tired of fighting. Going to close my account and move to Virgin instead.
