i love this app. i love the workouts because they make me feel relaxed and confident! i love they have time out days, i also love that they ask you how your workout was to see what the recommended workouts are. you don't have to pay, comes with instructions about the workouts and timers so you don't have to open separate apps and search a bunch of things that don't even make sense. i love this app! i'm also so excited for my daily workout!!

i love this app! to start off i love that you don’t have to pay. i also love that this app allows me to work out at home and when i work out i used to have to go on online and look up work outs and when i have to set a time my phone always shuts off and i don’t know when to start and stop and then start again but i don’t have these problems anymore because of this app!
