Aplikacja w 30 dni płaski brzuch.
Bardzo fajna, fajne ćwiczenia, aplikacje używam dopiero 3 dzień i to chyba normalne ze narazie efektów nie widzę, ale codziennie rano ćwiczę i bardzo mi się podoba. Co mogę jeszcze powiedzieć a w zasadzie napisać.. liczą kalorie i kiedy się skończy trening pokazują ile się spaliło. Ćwiczenia nie są bardzo męczące choć w ciągu tych 5 minut treningu czuć mięśnie brzucha i nóg XD Polecam i nikt mi za tą recenzje nie płacił jak coś XD
