It’s a perfect app to exercise with, the reminder is so accurate and it will guide u through..

Not favourable for a skinny person who want to lose just belly fat

The app is good and easy to use. But then the workouts make one lose overall fat and not just belly fat. Means if a skinny person does this workout, she will instead lose more weight, whereas she wants to lose just belly fat
