Afrika sim hat nie funktioniert
20€ in den Sand gesetzt, die e sim hatte nie Empfang und konnte auch nicht aktiviert werden! Absoluter scam! Nicht nutzen!
Länder werden ohne Ankündigung entfernt
Da ich dienstlich sehr viel in der Welt unterwegs bin, habe ich mich einst für das Global Datenpaket entschieden, da für mich fast alle relevanten Länder enthalten sind. Nun habe ich das Paket verlängert und auf einmal fehlen Länder wie z.B. die Domrep. Dies geschah alles relativ stillschweigend, sodass ich auf einmal kein Internet mehr hatte.
App stopped responding
The app does not work since 2-3 days. No response at all. Tried reinstalling and did not work either.
Funktioniert leider nicht
Nach der Aktivierung kann kein Netz gefunden werden, also für mich nutzlos.
Insgesamt lahme Performance
Die Performance der App ist insgesamt sehr lahm, zudem funktioniert der Wechsel der Währungsanzeige nicht, zumindest nicht dauerhaft
Nicht Stabil
Weder die App noch die angebotenen Tarife sind stabil, es wird ständig etwas verändert. Weniger Länder, dann billigere Tarife, Wochen später andere Tarife mit kürzeren Laufzeiten höherer Preis. Für mich nicht mehr die erste Wahl.
Seems like it is not working well in Dubai
Have activated 1 GB Plan but seems it is not working in Dubai. I can see a 3G/4G connection but can’t receive any mails or messages. The App is crashing when opening. Tried it now several times. Will buy a local SIM now
Schlechteste App ever!
Das Design der App ist einfach nur schlecht. Als leie versteht man gar nichts und findet auch nichts. Mitten auf dem Display ist ein nervender Support Icon. Die Performance ist einfach nur abartig schlecht. Und die Datenpflege haben gar keine Details. Ich frage mich wie so etwas von Apple akzeptiert wird.
Zuverlässigkeit nicht gegeben
Leider ist der Service nicht zuverlässig. Mal funktioniert es, mal nicht. Also ich werde mich damit nicht mehr rumärgern, sondern einen anderen Anbieter wählen, die sind meist sogar noch billiger.
