FlexiRoam eSIM & Data Plans

Today I bought Global Data Plan 30.00GB and it is not working. I can not connect to the network and cannot use the data that I paid. After long conversation with someone from the support and tried different combinations to switch between different networks/operators I still don’t have any data connection. When I asked to cancel my order and to return my money they answered me that they will try to fix the problem and I have to try every hour to check the operators for connection. I don’t think this application is reliable!

Installed Flexiroam with the idea of availing myself of the Mastercard partnership (and more since I will be traveling for weeks). However, the MC banner is nowhere to be found on the home screen of the application. I contacted Support with screenshots of my Flexiroam QR code and said home page. They reverted with the most useless response imaginable - contact your bank. On what grounds should I contact my bank when I cannot even locate the banner through which to verify my card? My bank does not bear any responsibility for the failures of the app interface itself. Fix your UI/UX (which looks beyond outdated and does not display essential features) and get an adequate support team.

Very competitive pricing and interesting models ( e.g. sharing package with others ) The problem is that it is not 100% reliable. It may not work at all from the beginning or may simply stop to work. Support is relatively responsive, but this doesn’t help when the service doesn’t work.

I had issues with installing the flexi esim, but I have contacted customer service via WhatsApp and they helped me so much and fast. Very polite and patient people. After their instructions my flexi esim card started working very well and I had fast internet during my travel abroad. Thank you guys so much!

The service is really iffy and does not work all the time…it’s like a coin toss buy the odds are that it ain’t gonna work. Now what is interesting is IF it does not work and if you connect support….here comes the prize for the worst (and I am being genuinely objective) WORST customer service. The messages are answered every 1.6-2hrs, so you reply right away and it takes them 2hrs to reply back to you with a message (“turn off your Wi-Fi and try again”) literally really bad….if you find another app better use that. I wasted my whole day during my holiday to just let it go and face the fact that this service is unusable.

Innerhalb von 12 Monaten, drei Pakete gebucht und nie konnte ein stabile Verbindung hergestellt werden. Andere Anbieter machen es weitaus besser.

Sehr hilfreicher und netter Support beim Einrichten einer neuen eSIM nach Gerätewechsel. Günstige Tarife für weltweite SIM-Karten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Aktivierung eines Promotion Plans und wurden vom Customer Service perfekt durch die verschiedenen Schritte geleitet. Nachdem die ersten Bemühungen nicht erfolgreich waren, wurde unser Anliegen an den 2nd Level Support weitergeleitet und binnen 12 Stunden erfolgreich gelöst. Es war eine super schnelle und gute Kommunikation

Ich war bis vor ca. 6 Monaten ein sehr zufriedener Kunde von Flexiroam. Bin viel unterwegs in der Welt und hatte selten Probleme. Falls ich welche hatte, konnte der WhatsApp Support jedes mal sehr kompetent, schnell und freundlich helfen. Aus welchen Gründen auch immer wurde allerdings der Preis der globalen Datenpakete dermaßen angezogen dass ich mich nach Alternativen umsehen musste, die ich dann auch schnell fand. Schade dass es so extrem teuer geworden ist. Aufgrund dessen kann ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen, wobei ich den Support wie eingangs erwähnt super fand.
