Terrible service
This people don’t return the money for cancelations of the coronavirus. Seriously I can’t believe a company can’t evolve their policía in such a difficult momento of the world. I will never use this service, they stole my money.

A pesar de estar corriendo la media maratón de a Madrid el día de mi recogida, Dieter, mi conductor hizo todo lo posible por recogerme y transportarme a tiempo al aeropuerto. Muy recomendado!!!

Схема такая: приложение списало деньги, я связался с водителем, он сказал, что за эту сумму не поедет и предложил сумму сильно больше и в обход приложения. Я отказался. Get transfer уже 3 дня не может вернуть мне деньги за поездку, которой не было. 🤦🤦🤦
Заказал и оплатил
Заказал и оплатил поездку, трансфер не приехал, водитель трубку не берет, взял какой-то человек, который даже не знал, что есть какой то заказ где его номер указан! В итоге мы с маленьким ребенком и семьей еле успели на самолет. Нормальной связи онлайн с техподдержкой в режиме онлайн нет.

Это не отзыв, это благодарность всем кто оставляет отзывы!) хотел скачать, установить приложение и заказать такси в Шардже , но судя по отзывам связываться не стоит ! Спасибо!
