They are not only the passengers but also the drivers, they do not pay the drivers... As you can see, their only purpose is to steal money and labor.
Misleading service
Ordered a transfer from the airport. My flight gets delayed by 1h, they refuse to shift transfer time or cancel the ride. What’s the point of paying double the rate of a normal taxi if it has 0 flexibility to normal events?
To avoid at all cost
Following an issue with my transfer, I have been expecting an answer from them for more than a month now. They keep saying I will get an answer from their Quality Assurance Manager but guess they simply expect I will give up. This is simply outrageous.

Fahrt am Freitag bestellt und sofort bezahlt. Am Samstag kam weder ein Fahrer noch eine Information, weshalb wir fast unseren Flug verpasst haben. Das Geld habe ich bis jetzt nicht zurückerhalten und der Support antwortet nicht mehr. NIE WIEDER! Alle 5-Sterne Bewertungen sind Fake!
