Worst app ever. Never try to use it

App is really poor. Can’t log in to my account after making a reservation. Mistake occurred each time and it was a message: wait for 5 min, then for 1 hour, then for 5 hours. And their amazing customer support told me - well you have to wait then, even though I have my booking. Bravo! Such a poor experience

Atrocious constantly late useless app

I have used this app in the past and been left waiting for an hour, I gave it another try and the driver was nearly an hour late while we stood waiting in 31 degree heat waiting, I was given 2 options wait or a refund, as I had prebooked I had to Potok but to bake in the Sun and customer service offered now service at all. Really atrocious service I will not use this again.

I have booked 4 trips in 2 separate countries before using this service and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Very reliable, always on time, super friendly staff and support system. Easy to communicate with the drivers and the best prices out there for private transfers

Have to say best transfer we ever had. Our driver was lovely and very informative of the city. Great personal communication by text and time keeping was perfect. Highly recommend the service and particularly our driver, he was able to give us valuable airport checkin information about our flight home.
