GetTransfer: Transfers & Rides

With this app drives place offers to transport people from point A to point B. Once the customer selects an offer a payment is required. If the drives is not made aware of the transaction it is unacceptable. No one wants to want at the airport unnecessarily Also after paying and getting acknowledgment from GetTransfer I still received offers for the same travel for hours

I use this app in Malaga more times, it works not very well. I ordered rides ussualy one day before, I paid and received confirmation. Problems started when drivers didn’t arrived. And they didn’t comunicate. I needed to order new ride and paid again. It happened 3 times. And now, company don’t like return me money for this double paid rides…. be careful

Transfer very good ( price very good, water ,cake free, wifi)

GetTransfer need to be more propagated among the taxi companies.

Always on time, responding on request immediately, kind drivers, fair price. I ask them for several transports during my stay in Rome.

The flight was late and chaos at the airport caused 30min delay. The driver was very kind in waiting for me and extremly polite. Thank you. Anna

Жалоба. Я вышел в аэропорту такси не было. Позвонил водителя он сказал что такого заказа нету. А щас третий день с службой заботы разбираюсь и по ходу деньги не вернут, это мошенники..
