I don’t recommend this one at all and will never use it again
I booked my ride and paid for it a week before I come to Heathrow airport from Egypt Br my flight was delayed because of an issue in the UK visa that needed a week to be corrected
I contacted the company but their manager emailed me and told me that no reschedule or refund
I explained to him that I have nothing to do with this situation but he refused to help
I think such attitude leaves you feeling unsafe while dealing with such company and you always feel that whenever they can take your money without giving you any service they will not hesitate to do so

It’s the worst! I booked an SUV through the app because I had a lot of baggage with me. I was pre-charged by the app to compete the booking. The courier did not arrive on the scheduled time. I tried calling him several times but wasn’t able to reach him. I kept trying to message support, and they called me after over 15 mins. The support agent told me to give her some time to check on the courier. I waited for 15 more minutes. She then apologized that he will not be available and asked me to wait for some time until she can find a replacement. 30 mins later she called and mentioned that she found a replacement, but I’ll have to pay an extra amount for this one for her to book it. Also, she mentioned that she can’t really promise me that the other courier will make it soon unless I pay for the extra amount!! When I said this wasn’t a reasonable ask she said you only have two options, either you pay or I cancel it for you. She was super rude and very inconsiderate of the horrible experience I’m having. Responsiveness was horrible and they really showed no signs of owning the responsibility of the messy experience they gave me. I missed an appointment, had to take a much more expensive and inconvenient ride on the spot after over an hour of my scheduled ride that was a complete failure. I initiated a refund that might take up to 30 days to get my money back.
As soon as I get my refund I’m deleting the app and never using it again, and I recommend you to back off if you’re ever considering it.
