By mistake I chose the wrong beginning for my trip, now I’m trying to adjust it but no response! It’s seems that I am going to lose my money!!!! This the first time for me but really I felt bad I would not recommend it for anyone! If there is a zero star I would choose it to evaluate!!!

(( get scammed !!! )) 1- Different cars of booking 2- agressive hustler drivers 3- Greece app where you don’t have customer rights 4- they want you to just book once then they hold your money they rate there own app with fake accounts that’s why they have a high rating !!!
They won’t refund your money to your bank account even if you don’t want to continue anymore. My reasons for discontinuance: - you can’t rely on this app to transport you - most of their drivers decline you because the price set by the app is not acceptable to them - their customer support are all inefficient 😤
My flight cancelled and I tried to change the time of the ride according to my new flight but the driver refused to come and pick me up and I lost all my money .. I will not use this application any more .. there is no flexibility in changing the time for the sudden circumstances

تم سرقة اكثر من 5000 $ ولم تأت سيارة او سائق حسب الاتفاق ولم يتم الرد على اتصالاتي او ارجاع المبلغ احذر من التعامل معهم
The driver is very nice man and helpful
This was my first time using this app and I wasn’t sure if it works or no but after talking to the customer service and assuring that it is guaranteed I used it to travel from Antalya to Fethiye and I am glad I used it The price was very satisfying and less compared to other drivers and the trip was very comfortable My driver Mr. Mustafa was an old and very friendly Thank you.
