Cuidado con los conductores
Esta plataforma trabaja de forma ilegal en España y portugal, los vehículos no disponen de seguros especiales para transportes de pasajeros ni licencias para la actividad, por eso por veces se encuentran precios extremadamente bajos, también corres el riesgo de que no te van a recoger. Alerto para tener mucho cuidado porque en caso de accidente los pasajeros son los perjudicados y estas plataformas no se responsabilizan por nada, cuento esto por una experiencia cercana a mi familia.

Здравствуйте!! Сегодня случилось не предвиденная ситуация ,так сказать форс-мажор .Мы летели в Стамбул из Лиссабона .заказала трансфер через приложение заранее .мы сели в самолет и должны были вылететь ,но увы рейс отменили ,так как было сообщение о Бомбе .нас высадили и держали в гейте .говорили что мы вернемся в самолет и полетим с задержкой .но увы к вечеру нас отправили в отели и тд .я сразу написала в службу поддержки ,чтоб как то решить проблему свою .на что мне отказали в возврате денег или хотя бы встретить нас на следующий день .да может это не по правилам ,но должны же быть форс-мажоры ,которые не зависят от нас в такие моменты .клиентоориентированность это лицо компании .я разочарована (((
Still waiting for refund
Booked a transfer to the airport and it never showed up. Asked the transfer to be cancelled, got a confirmation of it and was told I would get a refund. Three months after, still no refund. I sent them all the emails and messages proving this, even the Uber receipt I had to take, and still won’t be given my refund. I keep being told that the trip was completed.
Theft
I used this is app in the Dominican Republic, so that I could pay for my trips in euros, but this app is a nightmare. On my first trip, a Dominican tried to rob me. He said that he mistakenly charged 9 euros for the trip (he actually charged 8,87 euros), and he meant 90. He also said I would have to pay for gas. I told him that I wouldn’t pay him any extra money, and he said he would cancel the trip, and fine by me, because I wouldn’t want to travel with a thief, but the thing is, he didn’t cancel, and said he was waiting for us, outside of the airport. When I asked the drive, where he was, he said outside, and didn’t provide me with the exact location. The driver said I did not show, and kept the money. I sent our conversation to the app, that said the driver failed to provide proof, He was waiting for us, HOWEVER, the app did not fired the driver, and kept him in the app. They also wanted to reimburse me, with a voucher, as if I would use the app, after one of their drivers tried to rob me money. After lots of emails, the app gave me back the money in my bank account. This app is a no go! They have thiefs as drivers and do not provide a good costumer service.
Scam. Driver was arrested. Ilegal Service
The driver was arrested and me and my family had to go with the police, and be identified. GetTransfer.com never returned the money, and made me believe they would. This is a scam. The police in France has a complaint and now I will do another at my country.
Worst Service in World
I booked a transfer with return in Paris, the driver never showed up. Despite the knowledge of the situation by Get Transfer (I exchanged messages with them during that moment) until today they never refund me. Basically it’s a scam.
