Something wrong with the app, it does not open. And when it opens it says no connection to the internet. Please fix this

I ordered a Mesedes bus for 8 people. A regular taxi for 4 people arrived. The usual deception. As a result, the taxi driver simply refused and left. I sent all the video evidence to the support service. The company mogennik continues to work.

2 last orders were canceled. Support in telegram is useless.

I have requested a ride(#14470492) 13.04.2023 for 14.04.2023, accepted offer Mercedes Benz GLS, Toyota Land Cruiser or similar; Year 2023. After I accepted and paid, offer changed to Mitsubishi Xpander 2020. Had conversations with manager, call center operator, tried to explain, that first of all I was looking for new car, and 2020 car is not same as 2023. I am overpaying for that, and choose most expensive offer. I mean, you will get offer one car, pay and get another, and driver will be right. You are not customer oriented, you don’t protect their interests of your clients. This is very bad and last experience with application/service. I Don’t recommend it to anyone, not even to my enemy.

Заказывали трансфер из Абу-Даби в Дубай и обратно. Поездка прошла очень хорошо! Водитель был очень вежлив! Автомобиль в хорошем состоянии. Быстро доехали. Все было комфортно!

If driver doesn’t come, they don’t refund money on the bank account.

As a customer of service there is no guarantee that the will be performed to 100% or money will be refunded. I’d like to share my experience and feedback for driver. I requested the transfer but the taxi driver didn't show up. I called and wrote him he didn't answer to me. I asked the receptionist of the hotel to call the driver but he said that he waited about 5 minutes. I am outraged that the driver is not telling the truth and left. did not fulfill the application, but received the money. I sent my feedback to company and I hope that company will be review this email and can get some decisions because in this case I was not protected.

We ordered black ford expedition but when arrived there was the old red kia minivan. I wrote to support in telegram and Facebook immediately but they did nothing. Be careful as you can get not what you expect for the high price.
