モンテネグロで飛行場に行くために初めて利用したが、タクシーは来ず。 時間になっても来ないので、カスタマーセンターに何度もメッセージを送ったが、連絡は取れず、利用時間を過ぎた途端に、レビューの催促があった。 ずいぶん遅れて、メッセージを見たことを確認したカスタマーセンターからメールが入っていた。 事実関係を調べるのに数日かかると書かれていたが、連絡は早めにきた。 返金するとのことでしたが、結局返金もされず。2度と使わない。

To much expensive and Using unregistered car. Driver did not come.

This Russian owned company is scam… sometime driver doesn’t show up or driver tells you can cancel or change your time but they will still charge you regardless without ANY refund. Please avoid at all cost !

Great service and driver had lot’s of patience in waiting as bus was delayed

From 2 days before your trip, you can’t cancel and there’s no refund! This is NOT good at all especially during this COVID19 pandemic, which your flight can be get canceled or changed without any reason from your destination country! Not recommend! Will use another app next time!

The flight arrived late and I couldn't move by bus, so I had to stay in a city near the airport somewhere before going to the destination, but thanks to this service, I was able to move to the destination easily. .. The driver frequently contacted me from the time I made a reservation and waited at the airport earlier than I had booked. I was able to receive this service with peace of mind.
