We have registered as a transport company . All our documents are in order , we have passed one hundred checks , completed 4 orders , after a period of 7 days - nothing was paid to us , it has been 12 days already , there are still no payments , no one answers the phone and mail , do not work with them - you will lose time and money . P.S Please do not write to me to contact you by mail - because there is no point, you do not answer, or write we will consider your case - and do not consider it. By the way, we will solve this through the court, I will write about the results here later, maybe it will help other drivers, good luck to everyone and be careful. Don't work with them.

Scammers and thieves
They get your money, but they don't do the service. And you won't get your money back - they'll promise you a credit for the service in the future, and then they'll cheat you again.
don't pay ridicum
be very careful with this company, the drivers don't have a license and mainly they don't pay the driver, the driver works there for two months and pays all the expenses, and gettransfer takes the money before the trip and then they don't send the driver a reward, and when they send it, it's 3-4 months late, so the driver is very much in the minus and gettransfer is very much in the plus. Be really careful it is not a good company!!!!

Incapable service
I was moving with a family and tons of luggage and pre-ordered minivan for the 05/09/2019. Upon arrival driver was 20 minutes late and was no able northern to explain anything or get us to minivan because they didn’t have minivan available. I spent more than an hour in the airport to order minivan from Airport stand. Asking for refund of non-provided service it took almost 20 days to arrange and the service charged back conversion commission despite no service was provided. In the end i had extra expenses, missed time and Get transfer instead of making consumer happy and compensate the fault on their side, refunding less due to their conversions.
Absolutely incompetent service, better to use authorized suppliers at facility or local taxi services
