Headout: Travel Experiences

The ticket says “skip-the-line” entry and costs 10x more, though when you come you have to stand in the line with everyone else. Have fun !

Prices for all excursions are set, for example, Oskar Sindler's Factory costs 112zl with them. On the official website you can buy tickets for 40 zl with the same skip the line. When they cancel trips for their convenience, the support does not pay attention to requests. The selected time for the Easter Mine is 9:30 in the morning, they themselves change the time to 10 in the morning. You pay not to wait in line, but you still have to wait for it with everyone else.

Upon arriving at the location yesterday, I was extremely disappointed to find that the City Sightseeing bus service in Abu Dhabi IS NOT OPERATING AT ALL!, despite your platform listing it as an active experience and accepting my booking. This has not only caused significant inconvenience to our travel plans but also wasted our time. It is unacceptable that Headout would continue to sell tickets for a service that is not in operation. I request a full refund for this booking immediately here also as from support no one is responding. SCAM. :(

There was NO skip-line tickets. We have had to wait in line at 28 degrees with 3 small children. The tickets we’ve got in 15 min later, so we must waited all line. Bad experience

Krakow, Shindler factory. There no point to redeem tikets, security guards not lets me in. Scum.

I used this service to book a day at the San Diego zoo. I had made a mistake and booked the safari park. Totally my fault. I have no problem paying for processing fee or something along those lines. Because it was the same day I was unable to cancel or exchange. I literally called an hour after it was booked and the rep said there was nothing they can do. I understand it was my mistake, but it would be nice if there were more options than just “that’s our policy”.

Don’t buy from them. They work with third party to buy tickets and a lot of times those are scammers and Headout won’t give you the money back. We spend money traveling to Singapore, and paid for 4 attractions through Headout ( over $500) all scams and Headout did t do anything about it. The worse!

In the US, the weeks start on a Sunday. In the Headouts mobile app, the week starts on a Monday. So, I selected the wrong date! They refused to give me my money back, adding insult to injury because all we wanted to do was go to the zoo and literally could not go because we could not afford to buy a second set of tickets. The calendar is literally wrong. Customer service was useless.

They have an awesome customer service! It was easy to buy, great tours. I will definitely buy with them again and again !

I downloaded this app to make my travel in Europe easier when buying tickets for events and it did the complete opposite. I bought tickets but they never showed up on my app afterwards. I had to contact customer service and they had no idea what went wrong. They promised to email me back within 48 hours and nothing. I actually had to REBUY the tickets in person. Then I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges the app did. I had to do all this while on vacation. If you like wasting your time download this app please.
