Always something went wrong…

How’s going? Please advise

App does not respond, error messages

App continues to produce error messages (“Sorry, something went wrong on our end”), switches language from English to Chinese (location: Hong Kong) e.g. for the rewards overview. No hotel availability for selected travel dates according to app, while the web version shows dozens of options. Cannot review account information. Complete failure and a shame for a service provider being so long in the market to not get the app straight!

Mobile APP

I have been using Hotels.com more than 10 years but since it merge with another brand / company, l frequently experienced unsuccessful booking of lodging through Hitels.com APP on my iPhone past 6 months. Not only delay my successful booking but even when l subsequently succeeded to book, the price went up closed to 10 -12 % ! This was irresponsible. I have written via email and advised there Customers Service Agent more than 10 times, but l see no improvement.

Room not suited my request

I booked 2 rooms non smoking months before. However the staff can only give me one

Changing to worse

The latest version has no choice for language but only Chinese😰. I have accumulated hotel free night but can’t view in the Apps but need to call! The program is getting worse.

Missed my booking and refused to compensate

I made a booking with a hotel in Beijing 2 months in advance, then got an email two days before I arrived saying that there was no room.

Cannot log in even so after re download

Dated Apr 29, 2024. Can anybody help me to log in the hotels.com app ? I have tried to offload and download again, still cannot log in.

Reward cheating app

Even found missing reward, thru agent but helpless, only asking 5 mins more Don’t believe the rewards They EAT your record, or saying this and that, just save cost from rewards Shame on this app
