One of the worst app I regret using it and not booking.com
They fail to link my itenary number to my booking however I provided and called them and they send the confirmation to my mail They don’t protect against false information on hotels I can only pay with usd currency of country not available They don’t help in any issue

Could spoil your trip
Reserved an apartment in Rome, nobody was there when I arrived, asked for help to Hotels.com, they didn’t solve anything. I spent one night out in the street in cold weather looking for a place to stay.
